2025 will see a return to the traditional Grand Prix format, with a published list of events.

The list of qualifying events is given below. The scoring for the events is WAVA age adjusted so its fair and competitive for everyone

The scoring for 2025 will be;

Your best scores from Pastures and Druridge Bay Parkruns on the first run of each month.

Your best 2  scores from Group 1. Races in this group are up to 10K on road or easy runnable surface.

Your best 2  scores from Group 2. Races in this group are longer than 10k on  road or easy runnable surface.

Your best 2  scores from Group 3. Races in this group are any distance, and are predominately off-road and may include soft ground, narrow trails and technical sections.

Group 2 can also include a marathon or ultra event, but you will need to  let me know if you complete one, as I can’t monitor them all.
